Most of us were never told how the mind functions, but all of us know from experience that our thoughts, “in our heads” and our feelings, “in our bodies” are there by a combination of conditioning, influence, ignorance or by our conscious choice. You have heard the word “luggage” many times, we all have some in varying degrees but what really is it? It comes in the guise of Repressed Negative Emotions.
What is preventing you from being true to yourself and reaching the potential that you know you are capable of? Anger, Sadness, Fear, Hurt or Guilt perhaps.

Am I angry? – with my job, and finances, at my partner or family member, at myself?

Am I stuck? Limiting decisions – too fat, too thin, too short, too tall, not good enough?
